RV - Day 1

RV – Day 1 : We got a later start than anticipated as we reminded one-another that this trip wasn’t about hurrying, but instead enjoying………. So we stayed in our superluxe suite at Vdara for a few hours longer than planned. Then there was the RV pickup and trip to Wal-mart… both were way long, I think we bout about 120 pounds of groceries and equipment at WM. However, once we were on the road and passing over Hoover dam on our way to campsite #1, attitudes were at an 8.6 on the Mathew Scale and 9.9 on the Lisa scale(Lisa’s scale isn’t scalar, even though it’s 1-10, she only operates in the 5-13 range). Then, when we got off the highway with 9 miles to our campsite, the adventure began. I would have felt much more comfortable in my Jeep while on the rocky cutbacks but our 22ft RV made it and we found an awesome level spot that had a short climb to the top of the mountain. Are there more stars in the sky of AZ than GA?
